What happens when a customer buys
The Buyer purchases from Onbold.
At the same time, you supply the corresponding Product or service to Onbold under the Supplier relationship.
In practical terms, your customer still experiences your brand and receives the Product or service from you, while Onbold handles the retail sale.
What stays with you
You remain responsible for the Product or service, your brand, marketing, customer acquisition and fulfilment or service delivery.
Onbold does not take over your business.
We take responsibility for the parts of the retail transaction that sit within our Merchant of Record role.
What Onbold handles
Onbold handles the core Merchant of Record functions around approved sales.
