Keep visibility after the payment
For physical goods, the transaction continues through shipment and delivery.
For every business, refunds, fraud and disputes can also become part of the Order lifecycle.
Onbold Commerce keeps those later events connected to the original purchase.
Fulfilment stays linked to the Order
You remain responsible for delivery.
Onbold connects tracking and fulfilment information back to the Order so shipment status can remain visible to the Seller, Onbold and the Buyer.
As part of setup, we confirm the carriers, 3PLs and fulfilment providers you use and make sure the required information can flow into the platform.
Track the physical outcome
Where available, the Order can include:
- carrier or fulfilment provider;
- tracking reference;
- shipment status;
- delivery status;
- Buyer-facing tracking information.
That visibility helps connect payment, fulfilment, support and Supplier payment around the same Order.
Refunds are part of the same record
Refund activity remains attached to the underlying transaction and Order.
That makes it easier to understand why money moved, what happened with the Buyer and what the current commercial state actually is.
Fraud and disputes need context
A payment event is easier to assess when the Product, Buyer, billing history, fulfilment and prior Order activity are visible alongside it.
Onbold uses that context when managing fraud signals, chargebacks and disputes.
That is more useful than treating each payment event as though nothing else is known about the purchase.
Earlier intervention can protect revenue
Onbold can use fraud and dispute-management tools to identify issues earlier, support refund decisions and reduce avoidable chargebacks where possible.
Where a dispute does occur, the relevant Order information can be used to support the response.
The practical benefit
Physical delivery, refunds, fraud and disputes do not need to become disconnected operational islands.
Onbold Commerce keeps the later stages of the transaction attached to the Order that created them.
