The Seller Terms, Product Schedule and applicable acquiring conditions govern each supplier's permission to trade. Restrictions concern the actual product, business model and market.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"activities-we-do-not-support\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-clause=\"activities-we-do-not-support\">Activities we do not support\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>The current programme excludes:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Unlawful, counterfeit, infringing or unauthorised branded products; illegal technology and DRM-circumvention products.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Gambling, betting, betting tips, lotteries, sweepstakes, prize-giveaway and penny-auction models.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Adult, escort and dating services, and hate, violence or exploitation content.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Payment, remittance, financial, investment, insurance, crypto\u002FNFT, staged-prepaid and wallet services; predatory lending, debt relief, credit repair and collection-agency activity.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Pharmacy or prescription products, synthetic or psychoactive drugs, drug paraphernalia, cannabis\u002FCBD, vapes and restricted weapons.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Travel and ticketing, regulated professional services outside the agreed scope, and supplier-operated online marketplaces aggregating third-party sellers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\n\u003Cp>Deceptive negative-option offers, misleading product claims and other arrangements designed to hide the true seller, product, price or transaction.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>Onbold's own purchase and resale relationship with approved suppliers is distinct from an applicant operating a third-party marketplace.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The selected launch portfolio also excludes certain specialist products: medical devices and prescription\u002Finjectable products; specified weight-loss, sexual-enhancement, hormone-booster and psychoactive supplements; gas and industrial appliances, fixed electrical installations and heating systems; telecom contracts, refurbished phones, drones, surveillance and crypto-mining equipment; agricultural chemicals, chainsaws and fuel-powered garden equipment; and furniture requiring specialist delivery. The Seller Terms contain the governing product scope and any permitted route for an expressly agreed extension.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"products-that-require-specific-assessment\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-clause=\"products-that-require-specific-assessment\">Products that require specific assessment\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Our approved categories may include clothing, footwear, toys, hobby goods, gifts, sporting goods, home products, selected appliances and electronics, garden products, pet products, cosmetics, selected food and supplements, software, digital products, education, memberships and non-regulated B2B services.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Cosmetics, toys, children's clothing, battery-powered products and dropship fulfilment are not subject to blanket bans. We assess the actual product, claims, supply rights, safety, labelling, traceability, fulfilment and intended markets. Required evidence must be proportionate to those facts.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Some activities require enhanced review or prior acquiring permission. Permission may be governed by an approved programme arrangement or an individual approval, as applicable. A conditional category is not an automatic rejection, and a broadly worded category cannot be used to conceal prohibited activity.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"gaming-related-activities\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-clause=\"gaming-related-activities\">Gaming-related activities\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>We apply activity-level conditions within the relevant MCC. Skin dealing, account trading or sharing, boosting or farming that requires account sharing, multiplayer cheats and competitive hacks are not supported.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Currency dealing, game or software keys, loot boxes, duo\u002Frank boosting, single-player cheats or trainers, mods and mixed gaming models require the review and permission applicable to the actual offer. Keys require appropriate reseller rights. Gambling remains excluded. Legitimate gaming coaching and vanilla-server models may be considered within the approved scope.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"subscriptions-fulfilment-and-international-suppliers\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-clause=\"subscriptions-fulfilment-and-international-suppliers\">Subscriptions, fulfilment and international suppliers\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Transparent ordinary subscriptions are not automatically treated as deceptive continuity schemes. The actual offer, consent, renewal and cancellation arrangements must be reviewed.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Dropshipping may be approved within the selected retail categories. Suppliers must identify the relevant supply chain and meet product, shipment-validation, prepaid cross-border charge, return and customer-support requirements.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>US or other international domicile does not by itself exclude a supplier. Trading depends on the countries, acquiring arrangements, tax treatment, fulfilment and supplier-payment capabilities actually approved and activated.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"changes-and-questions\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-clause=\"changes-and-questions\">Changes and questions\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Suppliers must obtain approval for material changes to their enrolled products, markets or operating model before using them for Onbold sales. We may restrict future activity to meet applicable law, acquiring requirements, operational limits or an expressly adopted commercial policy.
